General Terms and Conditions Enova Solutions AG

General

The following conditions are considered fully accepted and binding to the purchaser upon placement of an order, disregarding his own possibly differing conditions.
Customer Information
Our up to date assortment, the product availability and pricing are listed on our homepage www.connector-distribution.com. The printed catalog may not be fully up to date.

E-Shop

Our homepage is at the same time a worldwide e-shop. It also assists with the pricing calculation for potential orders. Order can be place with or without a customer account. Existing customers login with their e-mail address and password. For credit card payments, delivery to hotel addresses and P.O. boxes is not possible. In countries covered by exclusive distributors, customers are not able to order directly from Enova Solutions AG and will be referred the respective distributors. Otherwise no customer data will be handed on to third parties.

Offers

We renounce to offer standard catalog or homepage items as our e-shop calculates all costs automatically (printout shortly before aborting the ordering process in the e-shop). We are pleased to quote quantities of 1000 connector or more as well as individual solutions.

Confirmation of orders

Orders via e-shop will be confirmed automatically by e-mail. Orders for standard catalog or homepage items, not placed via e-shop, will only be confirmed if Enova Solutions AG is not able to deliver within 3 working days from receipt of order. Long term orders or orders for individual special models will be confirmed.

Delivery times

Delivery times are very short as we normally stock over 99% of our assortment for prompt supply. We deliver within 3 or 4 working days after receipt of order or prepayment. Unforeseen delay of delivery does not entitle the purchaser to claim any compensation or to cancel an order.

Shipment / time of delivery

Shipments in Switzerland are done by DHL Domestic. For deliveries outside Switzerland shipments are done by DHL worldwide. The time to process shipments outside of Switzerland can vary between the different custom offices in the receiving country and cannot be influenced by Enova Solutions AG. Customers can track their shipments through “track and trace” on the website of DHL.

Shipping conditions

All deliveries are according to Incoterms DAP. For deliveries outside of Switzerland, Enova Solutions AG will not include VAT. Corporate customers with a deferment account can authorize the courier service to handle the import procedure accordingly. Except the VAT in the receiving country, usually no further costs occur when using a deferment account. For corporate customers without deferment account and private person, the courier service can invoice a fee of CHF 5.00 – CH 20.00 for provision of funds (depending on the receiving country and value of goods). After consultation with the courier service, the fee will be collected in cash, paid by invoice or by credit card (all data without guarantee).

Prices

Enova Solutions AG keeps the right to make price adjustments for CHF and EUR prices at any time, without prior notice.

Insurance

All shipments are insured without surcharge.

Complaints

Complaints must be addressed in written within 20 days of receipt of products. Pending complaints do not justify delay of payment.

Repairs

Returns are accepted only in accordance with Enova Solutions AG and at sender’s costs. A defect can possibly be repaired at low cost on site or simply by supply of a spare part.

Cancellations

Orders for standard products can be cancelled at no charge as long as they are not invoiced and on the way to the customer.

Returns

Returns need to be agreed by Enova Solutions AG prior to sending the goods back. Returned items have to be as good as new, corresponding to the present assortment and in perfect condition. At maximum we credit the proper product value invoiced. Possible expenses or reimport costs can be deducted from the credit note.

Warranty

We grant a warranty of 3 years on our connectors. Enova Solutions AG reserves the right to decide whether the damage was caused by faulty materials, through normal wear, mishandling, or natural forces. Except in the case of faulty materials, the costs of repair, replacement and shipment are to be paid by the buyer

Modifications

Enova Solutions AG reserves the right to modify the assortment, the design, technical details of the scales and accessories at any time and without prior notice.

Proprietary right

The products remain the manufacturer's property until the bill has been fully paid.

Jurisdiction / Law

Legal domicile is Schindellegi, Switzerland. Swiss law is solely applicable.
